Text messaging & mobile information
Any appointment reminders or follow-up messages sent to your mobile number are handled in accordance with this Notice and our Privacy Policy. No mobile information — including SMS opt-in data and consent — will be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance.

If you want more information about our privacy practices, or if you are concerned that we may have violated your privacy rights, please contact us using the information below. You may also submit a written complaint to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. We will not retaliate in any way if you choose to file a complaint.
